Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, your condo will be set up for your arrival with linens and towels. We don’t provide daily housekeeping during your stay, but we will be happy to replace your towels and linens – just bring your used linens to the office and we will trade out fresh ones.

Is there a restaurant? 

We are totally self-catering with no dining facility – you will not be dependent on expensive restaurants. However, our neighbors can help you out. The Sunlight Mountain Ski Resort has a snack bar and lounge that’s open during Ski Season.

Are pets allowed?

Sorry, we are a pet-free location. Penalties apply.

Are there kitchens in every unit?

Yes, every condo has a kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and coffee pot, as well as a basic selection of cooking and dining utensils. All you need to bring is your food – and you can stop at the City Market on Grand Ave. on the way up the hill. We do provide dish soap, kitchen towels, paper towels and trash bags.

Is there Wi-Fi and cell phone reception available?

Yes! We have 500Mbit Wifi (half-gig) on site, as well as clear line of sight to the cellular tower at Sunlight.
