This condo has easy access to two roof-top decks with beautiful views of the Roaring Fork Valley, Sunlight Mountain Resort, and White River National Forest. This cozy, well-decorated unit is perfect for couples or families. Bright and cheery with a vaulted ceiling, it is a peaceful unit located in the center of the building with minimal walk-by traffic and wonderful views.
The studio sleeps 6 comfortably having a queen bed and 2 Murphy bunks as well as two beds in the loft area (perfect for school-age children or young adults). The living area boasts a reclining couch with TV and sturdy dining table with chairs. There is also ample storage for clothing and personal belongings.
A level units are the only units offering great views of the mountains from both sides of the unit. The large picture window in the front of the unit provides an opportunity to sit and enjoy the mountains from the comfort of your room. With binoculars, herds of elk and deer can be spotted grazing on the mountains across the way. The back window on the other side allows you to watch the skiers, birds and other wildlife in the ski area.
No pets and no smoking in the condo. ( Designated outdoor smoking area available.)

Deposit Policy
- Full payment due at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- 31 Days or More Prior to Check In Date: $50 cancellation fee per condo, with remainder of deposit refunded.
- Groups & Peak Season Dates: Apply 60 days to 31 days or more prior to check in date.
- 30-15 Days Prior to Check In Date: 50% of lodging cost total per condo not refunded.
- Groups & Peak Season Dates: Apply 31 days to 14 days prior to check in date.
- 14 Days or Fewer Prior to Check In Date: No refund.
- Groups & Peak Season Dates: Apply 30 days or fewer prior to check in date.
General Policies
- Peak Season
- Peak season rates are higher than the standard rates. Peak Season dates are December 23rd – January 7th and February 5th – March 25th.
- Three (3) night minimum
- Three (3) night minimum for Winter Holiday unless condos are still available December 1. Then, two (2) night minimum.
- Rates based on four (4) occupants.
- Additional occupants will be charged $25 each per night.
- Tax not included in nightly rates.
- We charge only the required state and county tax.
- All properties are non-smoking.
- A fine will be assessed if in violation.
- Pets are not allowed.

Driving Directions
From I-70/ Glenwood Springs:
- If you are approaching the Brettelberg from I-70, follow signs for Glenwood Springs and take exit 116 for Colorado Highway 82.
- Continue south on Colorado Highway 82 for one and a half miles through Glenwood Springs.
- Turn right at 23rd Street and continue for half a mile.
- At the roundabout take your first exit onto 27th street and continue across the Roaring Fork River.
- At the next roundabout take the second exit to merge onto Midland Avenue. Continue south for one and a half miles.
- Please note that the Conoco gas station and Four Mile Mountain Market on your left are the last available services on route to the Brettelberg
- At the next roundabout take your first exit onto 4 Mile Road and continue for 9 miles.
- As you approach the ski area, continue straight at the fork to stay on the paved road.
- Take the paved road past Sunlight Mountain Inn and continue straight through the base area parking lots and past the base area facilities.
- Keep right at the fork where the Brettelberg Condominiums sign is located and continue up the driveway.
- After the hairpin turn, keep left at the fork for the upper parking lot. Make a right at the fork for the lower parking lot
From Carbondale:.
- From Carbondale, take Colorado Highway 82 north toward Glenwood Springs for 10 miles.
- Turn left onto 27th Street. There is a Roaring Fork Transportation Authority bus station to your left before this intersection.
- Continue along 27th Street for half a mile, going straight thru the first roundabout and across the Roaring Fork River.
- At the next roundabout take the second exit to merge onto Midland Avenue. Continue south for one and a half miles.
