Enjoy our backcountry location surrounded by National Forest with the Roaring Fork Valley just 30 minutes away. Stock up on essentials in Glenwood Springs and take advantage of our convenient kitchen-equipped condos. We offer a more simple and rustic experience without the fuss of a full-service hotel.
We offer a variety of 1-Bedroom and Studio condo layouts, each individually owned and uniquely styled. Enjoy our common area with pool table, arcades, large TV, and cozy stone fireplace. Our main deck features charcoal BBQs (BYOC) and a hot tub with stunning views of Sunlight Mountain Resort.
Staying awhile? Keep fresh during extended visits with our coin-op laundry machines located on-site on both “D” and “F” levels.

Get a glimpse of what you will experience slopeside
The Brettelberg provides linens and towels for guests, and each condo is equipped with a kitchen with basic utensils and supplies such as dish soap, kitchen towels, paper towels, and trash bags.
High-speed Wi-Fi is provided for free — and it’s fast! There is no restaurant on the property, but nearby options are available in Glenwood Springs.
General Policies
Check-In: 4pm (early check-in, if available, from 1pm – Add $30)
Check-Out: 10am (late check-out, if available, by 1pm – Add $30)
Two (2) night minimum. Three (3) night minimum for Winter Holiday unless condos are still available December 1 — then, two (2) night minimum.
Rates based on four (4) occupants. Additional occupants will be charged $25 each per night.
All properties are non-smoking. A designated smoking area is located on the East end of the “F” level. A fine will be assessed if in violation.
Pets are not allowed. A fine will be assessed if in violation.

Truly a hidden gem of the Colorado Rocky Mountains and the Roaring Fork Valley, Sunlight Mountain is the perfect escape when you’ve just had enough of the crowds.
The mountain is fit for hiking and biking, are you? Throw on a pair of boots, cross-trainers, bike shoes, flip-flops, or go barefoot, and conquer the 2000′ of vertical between our deck and the summit of the mountain that is our backyard.
Abundantly Wild
Lions and tigers and bears, oh my! But seriously, sometimes there are bears. And moose. And foxes. And fungi (porcini, morel, chanterelle, wild asparagus!)
After a long snowy winter, the summer and fall can feel downright Jurassic with the lush and robust flora and fauna here at the Brettelberg @ Sunlight Mountain.
